Preprocessing tools for oligonucleotide arrays
Bioconductor version: 3.6
A package to analyze oligonucleotide arrays (expression/SNP/tiling/exon) at probe-level. It currently supports Affymetrix (CEL files) and NimbleGen arrays (XYS files).

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "3.4") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("oligo")
For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
