Phenotypic distance measures
Bioconductor version: 3.6
PhenoDist is designed for measuring phenotypic distance in image-based high-throughput screening, in order to identify strong phenotypes and to group treatments into functional clusters.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "3.4") and enter:

install.packages("BiocManager")
