  What's new in this release:

	* Nothing, really; the only major thing is the port to GIO.

	* The configure script now checks for the xdg.DesktopEntry
	  module for Python.  My autoconf skills suck, so expert
	  review of this snippet would be appreciated.

  What's broken in this release:

	* Glad you asked.  Everything!  For some reason, Sabayon is
          not picking up changes in at least ~/Desktop.  This makes it
          save mostly empty user profiles.  Help with debugging is
          much appreciated.  This is bgo#542604.

  Fixes:

	* Port from gnome-vfs to GIO (Evan Briones, Andre Klapper) - bgo#527541

	* Put XAUTHLOCALHOSTNAME in the child session's environment so
