	Remove some unused sentences.
	Don't create ApplicationAccessible object if jab 
	finds that it can't get the registry object 
	successfully. This can prevent a lot of unused 
	events sent by jab.
	Read environment variable GNOME_ACCESSIBILITY to 
	decide whether display debug messages on screen.
