Developer Dashboard

A local home for development work.

This plain README ships in the distribution tarball so CPAN and kwalitee
consumers still receive a top-level readme without re-including the checkout-
only documentation set.

For the installed command surface, run:

  dashboard help
  dashboard version

The full installed product manual is available through the
Developer::Dashboard POD and the rest of the shipped Perl documentation.
