                Quick start guide:
                  - start game: $ mednafen /path/to/rom
                  - toggle fullscreen: Alt+Enter
                  - configure player 1 controls: press Alt+Shift+1 for prompts
                  - configure player 2 controls: press Alt+Shift+2 for prompts
                  - save game state: press number for slot (0-9) then F5
                  - load game state: press number for slot (0-9) then F7
                  - toggle help screen: F1
                  - exit game: Esc or F12

                Notes regarding controller configuration:
                  - config settings are written when game exits with Esc or F12
                  - exiting game by closing its window => lost configuration
                  - you should only have to configure controls once per system
                    (i.e., once for nes, once for sega genesis, etc.)
